Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health and safety regulations, Elite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, vacuum-sealed packaging. We prioritize your hygiene and safety above all else, ensuring every piece of jewelry you receive is pristine and untainted.
Check Seal Integrity
Verify that the tamper-evident vacuum seal on your jewelry packaging is fully intact; browse our size guides before opening, as broken seals immediately void return eligibility.
Submit Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the sealed item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the sealed jewelry inside a padded bubble mailer or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a tracked shipping service to our warehouse; once inspected and approved, a refund or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
